At SCT, we offer a range of passive fire protection (PFP) coating systems from leading U.S. manufacturer, Graco. These systems are designed for the professional application of epoxy intumescent fire protection coatings.
Our Graco PFP spray systems offer:
- handling of two-part materials from 1:1 to 10:1
- fast start-up and consistent temperature control
- accurate, on-ratio mixing and fast ratio checks (under 90 seconds)
- data reporting technology, for ensuring that PFP coatings are sprayed in accordance with manufacturer requirements.

The Graco XM PFP plural-component coating systems are the first and only systems that are ATEX and IECEx-certified for use in explosive atmospheres. They are rated for both electrical and mechanical construction.
